If George Carlin made a steel and ceramic wall hanging using Christian symbolism to illustrate the misplaced priorities of our culture it might have looked like this: George didn't make it, I did. And now I'm a retired art professor with this huge crate in my studio and I'd like to find a permanent home for it.
The piece was loaned to my college from 1993 through 2006 when it was returned to my studio for cleaning. The piece is now in perfect condition and I'd like to find a safer environment. The issues of our country and our priorities have not changed since 1991 - the piece still screams in silence for changes in our country.
